-The hob spindle and workpiece spindle are driven by high-precision gear pair drive rotation or high power built-in direct drive motor, which can be optional according to the customer, with high precision and good rigidity for long time stable operation.

-The large inclined angle bed structure with fast falling of iron chips. The symmetrical design of the bed and the main parts, and the internal coolant circulation system of the bed make the machine have long-term thermal stability, ensure the thermal balance, and effectively inhibit the thermal deformation.

-Adopt modular design, combines the hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic units to the rear of the machine.

-The layout of the whole machine has been designed and optimized by PRO/E 3D software, with compact layout and small areas.

-Automatic loading and unloading system, automatic storage bin, deburring device and rough-position device can be selected according to the processing needs.
